We understand that the coronavirus is worrying for many parties at this time.
We sincerely hope that the situation will get better soon and that the customers special day can go ahead as planned.
However here's our company's policy if in case the worse comes to worst:
If needing to postpone your wedding, client can do so for up to 12 months after their original Wedding Date.
The rate will be fixed as per the price at time of deposit. If the new Wedding Date is longer then the stipulated 12 months, then price change may apply.
In the event of client needing to cancel, Toast standard cancellation policy (see below) will apply. In the event that the following criteria is met:
- That client and guests flights are cancelled and there are no other flight options to get to Bali for the Week of the Wedding
Toast will refund the clients Balance payment (if paid at the time of cancellation) in full.
If however none of these conditions are met, but the client still wishes to cancel, then our standard cancellation policy will apply.
